I never realized that getting in touch with your inner child could have more benefits than you may realize. Taking time to simply let loose and play, especially while outdoors, enhances more than just your joie de vivre. It is scientifically proven to reduce both physical and mental stressors, leaving you feeling stronger, revitalized, calmed, and potentially more productive. I find It is as simple as following your serendipitous intuition, whether it is tempting gravity’s hold while climbing a tree, wading in a beckoning stream, or allowing yourself to fall to the temptation of a meadow filled with spring wildflowers.
